Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke has postponed a speech at the National Press Club, where he was expected to unveil significant changes to Australia's migration policies. 

The Press Club did hear from Climate Change and Energy Minister Chris Bowen though, unveiling a plan that AI data centres must use renewable energy.
