(SNES) Street Fighter 2 Turbo, Limited Edition In Tin Box, Authentic Factory Sealed or Third Party Resealed?

I have been given a SNES Street Fighter 2 Turbo, Limited Edition, Tin Box, sealed, unopened in new condition
Not sure if it’s an original Nintendo factory sealed or third party resealed
There are 4 small circular vents holes on the cellophane shrink wrap, 2 on the top & 2 on the back
The cellophane shrink wrap also has 3 seams on the sides, front, left & right
What does an authentic Nintendo original factory sealed should look like on this particular Limited Edition version SNES game compared to third party resealed? (Can’t find any photos online)
Anyone knows or have any information/details on this?
