Shannon Beador is seen confronting Alexis Bellino after she and her husband, John Janssen, who is also Shannon’s ex, show up to a party in the midseason trailer for The Real Housewives of Orange County season 20.

As Tamra Judge, 58, accuses Vicki Gunvalson, 64, of labeling Heather Dubrow, 57, “fake,” and Vicki faces drama with her boyfriend, Michael Smith, Carmella Garcia, 44, and Jennifer Pedranti, 49, while facing health concerns, Emily Simpson, 50, appears to be facing marriage drama with Shane Simpson, 51, and Gina Kirschenheiter, 42, seems to be in the midst of family turmoil.

“Keep my name out of your mouth, Alexis,” Shannon demands as Alexis walks away and is later comforted by Tamra and Jo de la Rosa, 45.

“This is not fair,” Alexis cries.

After Tamra tells Heather, “Vicki, she said you were fake,” and Heather yells, “Bullsh*t,” a meal between Vicki and Michael takes a turn.

“You said that we’re gonna have a life plan,” she tells her partner.

“We’re not talking about a life plan tonight. No,” he replies.

Opening up about her relationship drama to Tamra in another scene, Vicki says, “On paper, everything looks perfect. In my heart, it’s not.”

Amid another meal, Vicki is seen at odds with Carmella.

“If you can’t handle the heat, stay out of the f*cking kitchen,” Carmella warns.

Then, in a confessional, she continues, “You can call me trashy. Don’t come for my kids.”

Vicki is also accused of coming for Jennifer. 

“I’m so sick of you coming at me,” Jennifer tells her co-star, who replies, “Don’t yell at me.”

“No, I can do whatever the f*ck I want, Vicki,” Jennifer fires back. 

Jennifer is later seen telling Emily she’s “so f*cking hot.”

“And Shane, he has insecurities … Insecurity, resentment,” she continues as Vicki agrees.

“She’s feeling good about herself. Is she gonna start looking elsewhere?” Tamra adds in a confessional.

As for Gina, she mentions claims around the three children she shares with ex-husband Matthew Kirschenheiter.

“If somebody says [my fiancé, Travis Mullen,] was raising my kids, I would punch them in the face,” Gina tells Shannon.

She also insists she “never lived in a f*cking casita” after Tamra claims such.

As the trailer concludes, after Heather confesses to labeling Carmella “trashy,” Vicki admits to feeling like she’s “gonna have a heart attack” before seemingly being seen passing out in a store.

She then asks, “Somebody pushed me. Who pushed me?”
