Start of Quarantine

Dear Diary,

I just found out that I get two weeks off of school for a virus that doesn’t affect me! Let’s go! Spring Break starts early, I can take some time off to work on myself, catch up on some late work and I get an early start to working on my summer body. I’m hyped for this two week vacation, COVID-19 is coming up clutch! I got to go get some toilet paper, because holy cow would that be sticky. 

Post-Spring Break

Dear Diary,

I haven’t seen anyone in about a month, I still haven’t done my late work, but I will be able to do it all before we have to go back to school in May. I didn’t get to really celebrate my birthday with anyone other than my family, however I am going to throw a monster rager over the summer. I just posted a TikTok that got over 1,000 views… this is dope. Free my boy Joe Exotic. Shoutout to the wifey Sarah Cameron. Also, “The Last Dance” has been goated! Summer 2020 is going to be insane! 

End of 2019-2020 School Year

Dear Diary,

America is a goddamn mess. I might be having a mental breakdown… Deep breaths… wooosaaahhhh… I’m sick of this shit… I’m sick of it… wooosaaaahhhh… wtf is going on right now… I just want to see my friends and have a normal senior year!!! Wooosaaaahhh.. Happy thoughts Jeremy… I’m going to end this passage by quoting the great YG, “f**k Donald Trump”.

End of Summer

Dear Diary,

Well that was an eventful summer… Other than protesting the hell-hole that seems to be America, I didn’t do all that much. I went on a few bike rides, I got COVID-19 tested for the first time. It definitely got the blood flowing and it gave me a little brain tickle. The NBA bubble is so dope, now I finally have something to do other than workout in my home gym. I get to watch a little basketball, a little baseball, finally some mental clarity. The cases are starting to go down, hopefully we’ll be back in class by Thanksgiving.

8 months into Quarantine

Dear Diary,

I’m tired of posting COVID-19 statistics on my Instagram story… Why can’t people just stay inside?! Why are all my favorite influencers getting cancelled? I just want to see my friends. I miss doing stuff in person. I miss watching football with the boys and going to parties with all of my friends. At least the Lakers and Dodgers won. Joe Biden better get into office. Hopefully we’ll have a normal second semester of senior year. I have to go finish my college applications, eight applications, eight days… we got this!

Post-Election

Dear Diary,

For the first time in months I have hope. Once Biden gets in office, the COVID-19 cases will start going down and things will start to open up again, we might even get to have a second semester!

Dear Diary,

One semester to go, we can get through this. Senioritis ain’t got nothing on me! I should be hearing back from colleges soon, let’s do this.

Today

Dear Diary,

I’ve been stuck inside for about a year now, I might’ve gained a little COVID-19 cushion. I’m still waiting to hear back from some colleges. Senioritis may have affected me a tad bit, but I mean who doesn’t have missing assignments in every class, am I right? Thank god for this one month grace period on all of the work. Three months ‘till graduation!
