Uranium One Group, JSC (TENEX Group enterprise within the Rosatom) and the Brazilian company NBEPar (Nucleo Brasil Energia Participações Ltda, the holding company of Diamanté Group) have signed an agreement to establish a joint venture, Nadina Minerals, to implement mineral resource development projects in Brazil. The signing ceremony took place during the business program of the Nuclear Summit 2026 international forum in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Within the framework of their partnership, the parties plan to obtain the necessary licenses, conduct geological exploration at promising deposits, and establish modern facilities, which specialize in mining and processing metals of critical importance to high-tech industries. The project marks an important milestone in strengthening international cooperation and represents a strategic step toward the development of Brazil’s national economy.
