Yes, it may be a long time before any Crosstown Classic series produces the kind of drama that the 2026 edition has. There was plenty more of it Tuesday night at Wrigley Field in a game that included a historic leadoff homer by Pete Crow-Armstrong, another comeback by the White Sox, an 88-minute rain delay, and finally Alex Bregman's base hit with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning to give the Cubs a 4-3 walk-off win, their second walk-off in as many nights.
