I’d been eyeing these jeans for quite a while, but wasn’t convinced they’d actually work in real life. They’re definitely a statement piece, and I’ve been burned before by jeans that look amazing online and then sit in my closet untouched. When Noli offered to send them my way, I couldn’t say yes fast enough.

And I’m so glad I did because these are SO FUN.

I love the cutout details and pearl embellishments. They make the jeans feel special without being too over-the-top. The denim itself is also surprisingly soft with just enough stretch to make them comfortable for all-day wear.

But the best part, by far, is the fit.

Honestly, I usually skip white jeans because they never look good on me. The waist gaps, the fabric is too stiff, the fit through the hips is off, or the butt situation is just not great. These were one of the rare exceptions. The waist fits perfectly, the denim has enough stretch to be comfortable, and the back is actually flattering. (I included a front-and-back photo below because I know that’s what I always look for when someone recommends a pair of white jeans.)

I also love that these come in both regular and petite lengths. I’m in that annoying middle ground where I’m usually too tall for petite rises but too short for regular inseams. At 5’4″, a 33″ inseam would have been dragging on the ground, especially with flat sandals. The petite inseam is 29″, which hits exactly where I want it to. No hemming, no worrying about the bottoms getting dirty, and they work just as well with flat sandals as they do with a small heel.

Ok, I love them, but how do you actually style pearl jeans?

I assumed the embellishments would make them tricky to wear, but I found the opposite. The simpler I kept the rest of the outfit, the more the jeans worked. A basic top, simple sandals, and letting the jeans make the statement was the formula I kept coming back to.

One thing I loved about these jeans is that the high rise works really well with cropped tops. You get that balanced proportion without feeling like you’re showing a ton of skin, and it does a great job of highlighting the waist. The exact top sold out quickly, but I found a similar version that comes in several colors.

I just picked up this top on a recent trip to Free People and love the flowy drape and sheer fabric. The yellow feels especially fresh with white denim, but it also comes in brown, white, coral, and a pretty pastel blue. I’m wearing it with a yellow bralette here, but you could easily layer it over a neutral cami or bodysuit (this one has adjustable convertible straps) for more coverage.

I loved this color palette. The warm beige tones in the top, shoes, and bag pick up the color underneath the cutout details, which makes the whole outfit feel really intentional without looking overly styled. The top is 100% cotton so it’s breathable and comes in multiple colors. I also like that it’s short enough that it could be half-tucked as well.

White always looks good with a pop of red. I kept the shoes neutral (red felt a little too matchy-matchy for me), and my Clare V bag would be cute here too. The top is lightweight cotton and perfect for hot weather, and I love the lace detail along the hem. (There’s matching shorts if you want the set, too.) This outfit definitely gives off Fourth of July vibes, but in a way I’d still wear all summer long.

This cami is also from Noli and part of the 30% off sale. I love a classic black-and-white outfit, but it comes in several other colors and prints as well. It’s one of those versatile tops that looks just as good tucked in to show off the waist as it does worn loose or half-tucked for a more relaxed look. That neckline is 🔥! (It does run slightly big in case you’re between sizes.)

If I were packing these jeans for vacation, this is probably the outfit I’d recreate first. The white tank and raffia accessories feel classic, easy, and perfect for warm weather. I’d probably opt for a shorter tank (I have this one in multiple colors–on sale for $8!), but there’s something about an all-white outfit that always feels fresh in the summer.

So yes, the jeans I wasn’t sure I could pull off have officially become one of my favorite pairs in my closet. I honestly didn’t expect to love these as much as I do. The fit alone would have won me over, but the pearl details make them feel like something a little more special than your average pair of white jeans. And as it turns out, they’re surprisingly easy to style.
