HVM Manager on VMware

Hi!We are planning two enviroments for our main systems: Critical and Production. Critical will be based on VMware and Production will be based on HVM.Is it possible to install HVM Manager on Ubuntu VM on VMware or Hyper-V?Will it be suppoted by HPE? Is there any instruction how to do this?
