Second man identified in fatal San Diego plane crash

Authorities have identified Frederic Carl Hewett as the second victim of a fatal plane crash at San Diego's Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport on Sept. 7. The accident also claimed the life of 45-year-old Roger Shimizu when their Cessna airplane caught fire on the runway during what witnesses described as a training maneuver. The National Transportation Safety Board and local police are currently investigating the cause of the crash.
