Grand Theft Auto Online is topping off its generous month by giving players a great source of income for free. Anyone can get a Nightclub just by logging in, with a few other limited-time bonuses thrown into the mix.

The Elysian Island Nightclub is free to claim through the Maze Bank Foreclosures in-game website, slashing its price tag of $1mi to zero. It is the most remote nightclub on the map, in the industrial zone next to the Los Santos International Airport, but you can still make good money passively with this business venture despite its location.

Nightclubs accrue up to $50,000 per in-game day (48 minutes) and lose 10 percent of popularity by default. If your club is above 90 percent popularity, you get that big paycheck. It drops down to $45,000 at 90 percent and craters from there, with just $25,000/hour at 85 percent. Buying the Staff Upgrade for $475,000 halves the loss of popularity, giving you some leeway in keeping your profit margins up.

You need to do a few missions to get your club up and running, like hiring a DJ, but your Nightclub should be up and running in no time. The lineup of DJs comprises four real-life artists: Solomun, Dixon, The Tale of Us, and The Black Madonna, who lend their tunes to your fancy establishment.

Nightclubs received major buffs since their release in 2018, making it easier to keep their popularity topped up. Marcel, your head of security, will give you short missions such as throwing out troublesome customers or taking VIPs home, raising the reputation of your establishment. This is where the Elysian Island location may get in the way, since you may need to take a VIP to a hospital far away, but booking a different DJ will also boost your popularity for just $10,000.

The enterprise is also a money front for your other illicit ventures, such as the Bunker, Cargo Warehouses, and Motorcycle Club Businesses. The Nightclub accrues cargo passively based on how many you own, which you can then sell through your warehouse.

The weekly challenge awards you with an extra $1mi after selling a total of $1mi across all businesses, including Nightclub cargo. You also get double cash and RP from Yohan’s Nightclub missions, which help stock up the warehouse. It’s not as generous compared to bonuses from the past weeks, such as double cash on Special Goods, motorcycle deliveries, or Bunker deliveries to Ammu-Nation, but it’s still a way to get a little extra for free.

The Nightclub is the final offering in GTA Online‘s Business Rivalries event, which kicked off in the beginning of the month. Each week focused on one business type: Special Cargo Warehouse, Motorcycle Club, Bunker, and Nightclub.

It’s a good time to return to GTA Online if you’re a lapsed player looking to come back or a PC player like me who wants to kill time before GTA 6 eventually comes to the platform.
