EXCLUSIVE: Plimsoll Studios, the company behind Disney+’s Pompeii: Out of Time with Tom Hiddleston, has a new head of talent strategy.

The company, which also produced Netflix’s Skyscraper Live with Alex Honnold, has appointed Andrea Jackson as Creative Director, Entertainment and Talent Strategy.

The move will see Jackson oversee the company’s relationships with on-screen talent, working across genres. It comes six years after she joined the business when Plimsoll acquired her Magnify Media firm.

It’s been a busy year for the ITV-owned Plimsoll; in addition to Skyscraper Live and Pompeii: Out of Time, it also produced Secret Garden with Sir David Attenborough for the BBC.

Earlier this year, it reorganized its business around five divisions: Natural History & Adventure, Live, Entertainment, Family & Kids and Digital.
