AFL WAG Dee Salmin is set to cop the wrath of angry Swifties after she took a major dig at Taylor Swift and her husband Travis Kelce.

The Triple J host, 31, who is in a relationship with Collingwood captain Darcy Moore, recently wrote on her Substack that she believes the quality of Swift's music and lyricism has declined since she married the NFL star in July.

'The worst pain I'm dealing with right now is coming from my heart. Because it's broken... Taylor Swift broke it. The way it stopped beating when I saw her Instagram post announcing new track Patient Zero,' Dee began.

'I just can't defend her anymore. And my heart is broken because I think this has cemented that we'll never get the same Taylor who wrote Cornelia Street and Peace.

'I literally cry every time I hear them, so beautiful. [Ex-boyfriend] Joe Alwyn was the muse of a lifetime.

Dee then claimed the quality of Swift's output had significantly declined since she got married, as she is writing from a different point in her life.

'This is what happens when you write music and centre your entire life around men. Your art will reflect it. TLOAS feels like one giant: I GOT PICKED!!!! Look at my ring. I have a husband! Someone likes me!' Dee sniped.

'It breaks my heart. I want women to know they are worth more than just finding a man that "doesn't find you completely insufferable." 

'Being chosen isn't the goal, and the few songs we have about Travis just seem to reek of "ha ha suck it! Because this hot football player chose me".'

She finished by saying that Swift's recent music was now a parody of what it once was.

'It's cemented my biggest fear - that Taylor is only going to make music now that is weirdly bitter (you literally have everything you've ever dreamed of. I'm so tired of her complaining),' she sniped. 

'It's shallow and surface-level and that sounds like what all the haters make fun of her for sounding like. Which is why I'm in mourning.'

The presenter has developed a reputation for speaking out against traditional views of love and relationships.

Last month, Dee launched a rant against women who post online about how great their boyfriends are. 

She said women should not be praising their partners for doing the 'bare minimum'.

Dee has been in a long-term relationship with footy star Moore since 2023 and the pair moved in together earlier this year.

The radio presenter hosts Triple J radio's The Sunday Hook Up sex education program, and previously went into detail about her romance on ABC show, Ladies, We Need To Talk.

Dee said that she and Moore don’t conform to the heterosexual gender stereotype, where women take on the bulk of housework and domestic duties when living with a partner.
