UNITED NATIONS, September 29. /TASS/. UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has expressed concern over the growing number of civilian casualties resulting from increased attacks by Ukrainian troops on Russia’s territory, Stephane Dujarric, Spokesman for the UN Secretary General, told a briefing.

"He is equally concerned by the rising number of civilian casualties as a result of increasing attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces in the Russian Federation," he said, adding that the secretary general "condemns all attacks targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure, wherever they occur, and urges an immediate end to this dangerous escalatory spiral."
