UFlex Asepto’s Egypt Bet: 12 Billion Packs, Global Markets

UFlex’s aseptic liquid packaging business Asepto is expanding its global footprint with a $126-million manufacturing facility in Ain Sokhna, Egypt. The plant will add 12 billion packs to Asepto’s annual capacity and serve markets across Europe, Africa, the GCC, CIS and the Americas. ET Online visited the facility to see its next-generation automated machinery, understand why UFlex chose Egypt as a global manufacturing hub and explore Asepto’s plans for premium packaging and sustainable recycling technologies.
