Attorney asks judge to exclude firearms info in Acton fair assault case

J. Gerald Ingram, filed a motion in Canfield Municipal Court Thursday asking Judge Molly K. Johnson to prohibit prosecutors from referring to any firearms or weapons that Havas possessed during the incident.
