Drew Barrymore fans still can't believe how she interacted with actress Kathryn Hahn during an intimate interview on her titular chat show nearly two years ago.

In a resurfaced clip, the 49-year-old host was seen leaping out of her seat before getting onto her knees and crawling towards Kathryn, 51, having seductively declared that she could watch her 'do anything.'

As she approached her guest, Drew - who is known to get touchy feely with her interviewees - then got back on her feet and put her right leg up over the Marvel star, who dramatically fell back on her chair.

With her leg still up, Drew lifted up her trouser to show off her bare calf – which Kathyrn gleefully touched.

'By the way, I shaved my legs,' the presenter announced. 'I shaved!'

'I've not, so we can compare,' Kathryn retorted, and began to also roll up her pants. 

Despite airing in April 2023, the jaw-dropping moment has been circulating on the social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, where viewers were shocked that the scenes unfolded on daytime television. 

Posting on the platform, one exclaimed: 'This happened on NATIONAL TELEVISION????'

Another observed: 'There is just something so magical about daytime television.'

'This happened on NATIONAL TELEVISION?' asked a third. 'That's wild! I can't even imagine the shockwave that went through everyone watching!'

'Drew is a freak! Why she like this with every guest on the show?' a fourth added.

A fifth noted: 'One thing about Drew… she gonna do horny things on talk shows.'

Others went wild for the moment.

'PUT THEM IN A MOVIE TOGETHER NOW!' one demanded.

'She matched her freak,' noted another of Kathryn.

A third said: 'The way she doesn't even flinch when Drew initially starts stroking her legs, so real.'

Following their tactile interaction - and having felt each other's legs - Drew told her guest: 'By the way touching your leg, you are shaved.' 

Kathryn replied: 'Okay that's good to know. There's a little bit, but it's fine.'

Drew then asked: 'Do you shave often?'

'No,' Kathryn responded.

'It took me three months to finally get to shave,' Drew admitted. 'I feel like I had a full blown movie makeover just by that.'

Kathryn agreed, adding: 'Me too. Because I have been deep in it work wise, clothes have been covering all that part of my body.

'It's the last thing I think about, and it has been so liberating.

'I know summer is around the corner but right now I'm like... honestly I shaved for you not knowing what I was gonna be wearing.'
