Kissflow has taken the No. 1 spot on Gartner Peer Insights based on customer reviews over the past 12 months in the AI-Augmented Low-Code Application Platforms category.

The enterprise applications provider said the ranking puts it ahead of larger software vendors and established low-code players as companies increasingly look for tools that can turn artificial intelligence and automation into practical business applications.

Low-code platforms allow companies to build applications and automate processes with less traditional programming. Kissflow combines these capabilities with AI, workflow automation, integrations, and business intelligence.

“Customer feedback is one of the most important signals we have,” said Suresh Sambandam, CEO, Kissflow. “Being ranked #1 based on customer reviews over the last 12 months is meaningful because it comes from the people actually using our platform to solve real business problems. What particularly excites me is that Kissflow came ahead of both the global suite vendors like Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft and the popular category vendors like Appian, Pega and Outsystems.”

Gartner Peer Insights is a platform where technology users can review enterprise products they have purchased and used. Reviews give potential buyers a look at how software performs in actual business environments.

Kissflow said its customer reviews cover uses including application development, business processes, automation, and digital transformation.
