Eamonn Holmes's girlfriend Katie Alexander has reportedly moved out of the flat they shared amid the presenter's stroke.
The GB News Breakfast presenter, 66, suffered a stroke in April and has been in hospital ever since as he continues to recover.
Eamonn began renting the three-bedroom Surrey flat following the breakdown of his marriage to wife Ruth Langsford, 66, with Katie, 45, thought to have been splitting her time between the flat and her home in West Yorkshire.
However, she is said to be devastated as she reportedly moved her belongings out of the rented £1.3million home on Friday, with sources remarking that 'it's an incredibly sad situation'.
A source told The Sun on Sunday: 'Katie is still very much together with Eamonn and in love, but she’s moved out of the flat.
'It’s an incredibly sad situation — she loved it there and the time they spent together making it home.

'Katie has been Eamonn’s rock and lifeline since he fell ill. She’s willing him to get back to full fitness and get their lives back on track.'
It is not known where Eamonn will reside when he eventually leaves hospital, while it's reported his family are now looking after his financial affairs amid his hospital stay.
The Daily Mail has contacted Eamonn's representatives for comment.
Eamonn and Katie, 45, began dating just months after his shock split from wife of 14 years Ruth in May 2024.
Back in March, just a month before his stroke, Eamonn said his girlfriend Katie is 'the perfect tonic' to his health woes.
The broadcaster gave an insight into his 'connection' with his partner and added that despite his physical issues he is still 'on the ball' and enjoys walks in the countryside and going for Chinese food with Katie.
Eamonn underwent major spinal surgery in 2022 for slipped discs and has suffered various other health issues over the past few years, including arthritis in his spine.
Speaking in a new interview he said: 'I may be physically struggling, but mentally I’m still very much on the ball. I honestly don’t feel any different from when I started on TV over 40 years ago.

'Katie is the perfect tonic. There was a time when I could get up and go on the treadmill… but I can’t do that now because of my back.'
Eamonn added to The Mirror: 'When you share the same tastes, it really brings you closer. We’ve definitely bonded over our love of food - it’s become part of our connection.'
It comes as it's said that Eamonn won't be returning to GB News, despite vowing in June that he'll make a full recovery to return to his anchor role.
After six months away from the GB News studios, it is thought that Eamonn's recovery is 'taking longer than expected' and that those close to him are resigned to the fact that his 'career is now over'.
