OneFlight, the local charter jet broker that ceased operations last week, used glitzy sports and celebrity sponsorships to hide its imminent insolvency, according to one jilted customer.
The company is the official aviation partner of Tiger Woods’ new golf league, TGL, and sponsor of the PGA Tour’s Myrtle Beach Classic. It also sponsors an F1 racing team.
On Sept. 15, OneFlight announced a ground stop.
