IR1835 SDWAN Controller Mode

Hi All,We  IR1835 routers which are in SDWAN controller mode.Two routers are presenting an issue where they suddently only take IPV6 addresses on the Gi0/0/0 interface which results in us having to reset the router and rejoin it to vManage.Another issue we have with these two are the default admin/admin is not being allowed on the router after a reset.Just wanted to see if anyone has experienced this issue with the default credentials before. We did the password recovery but as soon as we reverse back the router won't accept default creds.
