ROFL!!!! Anyone using the term “SovCit” is legally an “Idiot.” The term itself is a misnomer and has no actual legal definition, it’s made up trash. It cannot be use for oneself nor against others. Both are invalid b/c the term itself isn’t valid. One cannot be a Sovereign and a “citizen” at the same time. It’s mutually exclusive. We are the ones laughing [at you?] for considering the term to be valid.

There is literally no legal definition for the term. Ergo, it means literally nothing. And ya can’t argue without actually providing your actual primary source for the actual legal construction of that term. There is no evidence that i can show of the NON-EXISTENCE of the definition of the term because it doesn’t exist.

It seems most idiots use these definitions:

The problem is that all of you PRESUME the connection between “legal identity” and ourselves as real men/women. Not once has anyone shown THE LAW regarding the connection between “legal identity” “person” [strawman] (to which “statutes” [which are NOT law, but only have the EFFECT of law on these fictitious characters]) and the real wo/men. It’s illegal to make that presumption without actual “legal construction.”

We can also show that, by their own legal definitions, that what has been “posing” as “our government” is actually illegitimate due to being a CORPORATION. by their own definitions, corporations are DE FACTO “Governments” and not DE JURE. It’s basic law. Take Constructive Notice that Ignorance of the law is no excuse and Notice to principal is notice to agent, notice to agent is notice to principal. There are Primary Sources on these legal definitions. So it’s not OUR CLAIM that they’re illegitimate. It’s their own words and definitions.

And don’t you see how tyrannical they are? they literally ordered the jury that they didn’t even have to agree on the charges against a Former President to make him a felon. That flies in the face of “Everything Good” that America has “stood for” for centuries.

Now. Due to the fact that the stuff that “SovCits” are pointing to are ACTUALLY found in law, not their “personal subjective wrong view/beliefs/interpretation”, If you want to idiotically consider the term to be a “valid term” (which it’s not) then the ACTUAL “SovCits” are Attorneys themselves!!! They believe and act on the real actual law that says the gov’t is illegitimate and they are the ones making it tyrannical. Attorneys are the ones who are ACTUALLY anti-government, esp in running fake judicial like system that aren’t just nor Constitutional Justice… And they ALL, every one of them, knows it. again, ignorance of teh law is no excuse most spectacularly for attorneys!

Interestingly, Attorneys have a LICENSE to practice “statutory legalisms”. (i won’t call it “law” because it’s not) One only needs a “LICENSE” or “PERMIT” if it is illegal to do those things. The LICENSE is permission to BREAK THE LAW. Attorneys literally have a permit to be divorced from what they KNOW is an illegitimate tyrannical government. Attorneys are the “SovCits.”

As further proof of the illegitimacy of attorneys, and government. The OG legitimate republic was shut down and the label usurped by a corporation in the 1860s under Lincoln, The first Attorney President. Esquire is a title of Foreign Nobility, btw. We know the corporation operates under a Second INCORPORATED constitution from the Organic Act of 1871, replacing the OG Constitution with a replica of the OG, “SIMILAR”. It’s the Corporate Charter for the Corporation called the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. even Congressman Allen West said on TV this fact. They have an EIN. Multiple actually. what’s up with that?

The CORPORATION of 1863 pretending to be the OG republic operates under LAW OF WAR, and we know that from the gold fringe flag. fine fine fine. It’s a conspiracy, but it’s not theory. It’s fact, in law. People call it “decoration.” and it is. It’s decoration for Military Courtroom Tribunals acting under Law of War. Look it up. The only statutory legal construction of the gold fringe flag, in a judicial like context, is Army Regulation 840-10, 2-3, b & c4. Look it up. find pictures of actual DoD military tribunals against their own officers for any violation. They have and use Gold Fringe Flag. We are all owed Law of peace actual real Justice from a real non-“color of law” government. Where are our legitimate Law of peace Courts?

Why do all “local” Courtrooms across America, City, County, State, and Federal, all have/use/fly the exact same gold fringe flag? Attorneys know they are railroading us into LAW OF WAR military tribunals. Americas “local courts” are also incorporations with trade names like “12th District Court” or “9th Circuit Court” but the trade name isn’t law nor the authority/jurisdiction being presented.

Did you know that “district” is a military term? why are courts “District” when the term itself, by law, is literally related to military activity?

For example, some random dude create an incorporation in Delaware named “United States of America Trust Corporation” and it would have NOTHING to do with the United States of America. Walmart could make a child corporation called “Walmart Judicial System [, Inc]” and “Walmart District Court of New York” and it’s still not an actual court, yes? Someone could start a business called “All Dog Toy Store” and they don’t sell dog toys but do tax accounting, yes? The label of a business has nothing to do with what is actually going on.

The problem is that “Justice” is a “business” and you are the “product.” can you explain how that is NOT literally human slavery outlawed by international, federal, and state laws?

Lastly, The root of Attorney is ATTORN; legally defined as “To turn a good over to another.” All Attorneys’ clients are “Goods” and they are turned over to “the government”, as literal property, for management as mere THINGS. again, explain how this is not literally slavery by EVERY attorney on behalf of the Governmental Service Corporation?

PS. When you talk about “The Constitution”, do you ever say WHICH ONE you are referring to? I feel i need to ask b/c it makes a huge difference if you mean the defunct 1789 version or the incorporated version of 1871+.
