Eddie Hearn gave a furious reaction to Chris Eubank Jr smashing an egg into Conor Benn's face at their launch press conference on Tuesday.
Eubank Jr and Benn went head to head for the first time ahead of their April 26 bout at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, but their face-off descended into chaos after the former pulled off his pre-meditated stunt.
The use of the egg was a reference to Benn's bizarre excuse when he failed two drugs tests before their scheduled October 2022 fight and claimed they could have been caused by consuming too many eggs.
But Hearn - who is Benn's promoter - did not see the funny side of Eubank Jr's actions.
Asked for his response to the slap that caused an on-stage brawl, Hearn replied with two words to DAZN: 'B**** move'.
He then admitted he feared the situation was even worse when it first happened.

Eddie Hearn was not impressed with Eubank's stunt as he labelled it a 'b**** move'
Hearn also warned Eubank Jr that the fight may be cancelled if he tries a similar stunt
In another interview with Sky Sports, Hearn added: 'He came on stage with an egg. I thought it was glass. The noise and the way it shattered was like a glass.
'The thing is with Eubank is that everything is pre-mediated. He’s sat there at night and thought "I’m going to hit him round the face with an egg". Some might find it funny. Imagine you in a head to head right now, the police would be looking for you. The game is the game, the fight is the fight. All bets are off. Anything goes. You’ve gone to that level. Thursday at Spurs. It’s on sight.'
Eubank Jr and Benn were due to have another face-off on Wednesday, but that has now been cancelled after Tuesday's events.
Thursday's press conference in London will still go ahead, but Hearn has warned that a repeat of the first face-to-face meeting cannot be allowed to happen or the fight will be at risk of being cancelled for a second time.
'I never feel like you should lay a hand on a fighter at a press conference, especially not with an object, especially not in the eye,' he told BBC Sport.
'It was always going to be a volatile build-up and it's just turned up a notch. And we've got to be careful moving forward, especially Thursday at Spurs, we need to make sure we keep them apart.
'You don't forget that. It's not a case of sleep on it and calm down. We need to keep them apart because we won't get to April 26.'
