Samsung Health app

Good god, the once simple health app is now a pingpong match of links bots.... I can't find a way to simply record manually my blood pressure any more ... I have wasted a couple  of hours  on several occasions trying to get back to the wonderful simple app of a few years back where you could just manually measure and record the numbers..... now it seems to be nothing  more that a thousands of bots machine-gunnig links and ads it is really frustrating and frankly insufferable. What was a great tool to record your steps and statistics with is now some kind of Ai monitoring monster hosing adds and links with no end..... just slop you have lost me ...back to a note pad for me.
