Actor-director Pradeep Ranganathan is set to embark on a new journey – as a producer. The Dude star is backing a project tentatively titled #PRS01, a women-centric film starring Mamitha Baiju in the lead. A launch video reveals that the film will feature Ashwath Marimuthu, Sivaji Sontineni, Swasika, Anamika Mahi and Lissy Antony, among others.

This film will be directed by The Alpha Unit, a team of six assistant directors who previously worked with Pradeep Ranganathan. While the camera will be handled by Dineshkumar Purushothaman, the music will be composed by Sai Abhyankkar. Written and produced by Pradeep under his home banner, PR Show, it will be edited by Pradeep E Raghav.

The film, simultaneously produced in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam, also marks the reunion of Pradeep Ranganathan and Ashwath Marimuthu after the blockbuster success of Dragon. With Ashwath Marimuthu currently directing a prestigious film starring Superstar Rajinikanth, his association with #PRS01 has added excitement for fans of Tamil cinema.

Pradeep Ranganathan was last seen in the Love Insurance Kompany, directed by Vignesh Shivan. He earlier starred in hits like Dragon and Love Today.
