On July 2 2026, Zeekr rolled out its OTA 7.2 update, applicable to all models equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 intelligent cockpit computing platform.

Advanced driver-assistance features in this update are available for vehicles fitted with the Qianli Haohan H7 system or higher. The update introduces 40 new features and 18 experience optimisations.

Intelligent Cockpit Enhancements: The update upgrades to Zeekr AI OS 7, introducing Eva which is a high-EQ, human-like voice assistant capable of recognizing user emotions and understanding implied meanings. New complex fuzzy navigation planning handles ambiguous destination descriptions and automatically generates multi-waypoint routes. A road-scene recognition and narration feature provides contextual commentary on scenery, buildings, vehicles, and road signs along the route. Users can now assign custom nicknames to saved addresses for instant voice-activated navigation. An external voice announcement function alerts pedestrians behind the vehicle during parking maneuvers. One-touch “Rainy Night Mode” simultaneously raises windows, activates blind-spot monitoring, defogs the windshield, and heats the side mirrors. A birthday-themed Easter egg unlocks Eva’s exclusive appearance and an interactive candle-blowing animation. The AI-powered climate control system proactively senses cabin temperature and adjusts automatically. Tire pressure information is now accessible via voice commands.

Advanced Driver Assistance Upgrades: The G-ASD 4.0 system now covers 99% of driving scenarios seamlessly, offering uninterrupted assistance throughout the journey. New capabilities include automatic passage through manned toll booths (detecting barrier lifts and autonomously decelerating), stable navigation on rural unpaved roads (real-time detection of curbs and obstacles), and automatic curb-side stopping at navigation destinations. Leveraging an integrated lateral-longitudinal control model, the system anticipates surrounding vehicles’ intentions and proactively yields or executes opportunistic overtaking maneuvers. Logic for U-turns, lane changes, and route selection at intersections has been refined to enhance driving smoothness in urban areas, roundabouts, and construction zones. Additional safety features include defensive speed reduction for blind-spot risks, SOS emergency stop assistance, forward roof-scraping warning, LSDA low-speed exploration assistance, adverse-weather guardian mode, and NZP intelligent driving trip reports for post-drive data review.

Parking Functionality: New options include offset parking (shifting within the parking space to maximize door-opening clearance) and rear-first exit (prioritizing reversing out of tight spaces).

Cockpit Interaction Experience: The interface, redesigned by Zeekr’s Swedish team, features refreshed icons, fluid animations, and multiple static wallpapers. Enhanced interaction includes smart split-screen, gesture-based blind operation, multi-screen synergy, and whole-cabin entertainment sharing. App cards are now freely resizable, enabling more flexible window layouts. The AI Sidebar predicts user actions and surfaces frequently used functions in advance, while the Dynamic Capsule proactively delivers key information such as navigation status, vehicle conditions, and calendar events. Other improvements include proximity warnings for fast-approaching vehicles during lane changes, dedicated ADAS strategies for bus lanes and construction-zone encroachments, a new map view and minimalist mode for the instrument cluster, and bilingual (Chinese/English) system language support.

The Zeekr App has also been updated, adding charging history viewing and dual scheduled charging settings.
