Tornado Warning in Palo Pinto, Parker Counties lifted; storm moving toward DFW

The National Weather Service issued a Tornado Warning for parts of Palo Pinto and Parker Counties, west of Fort Worth.
City officials in Mineral Wells, Millsap, and Weatherford announced that storm sirens have sounded, and you should follow severe weather protocols.
NBC 5 is monitoring the weather conditions and has live radar on-air and online. Right now, there is no concern about tornadoes impacting the morning commute in DFW.
Residents are advised to take cover in their home or storm cellar; ideal places are interior rooms, away from doors, windows or exterior walls.
The severe thunderstorm threat is expected to move east across Dallas-Fort Worth.
The initial Tornado Warning was lifted at 5:15 a.m.
