What I did:
I use Agenda normally. I haven’t intentionally changed any storage or attachment settings. I’ve noticed the folder appears every time I restart Agenda.
What happened:
A hidden folder named “.Agenda” appears in my Downloads folder. Inside it there’s a single empty folder called “Editable Attachments” — nothing else. If I delete it, it’s recreated the next time I launch/restart Agenda.
What I expected:
Either no folder created in Downloads at all, or a way to disable this / point the working folder somewhere other than Downloads.
Setup:
Agenda version: 23.1 (412) - Mac App Store
macOS: Tahoe 26.5.2
Mac: MacBook Air (M5)
Sync: iCloud
Since it’s tied to restarting the app rather than to a specific note action, it seems like startup behavior rather than something I’m triggering. Happy to test anything that helps narrow it down. Thanks!
