Rotary unscramblers can accommodate multiple size container changeovers. According to the company, the table will run the customer’s 16- to 144-oz empty 4- to 6-inch diameter by 4- to 11-inch high bottle sizes, without changing any mechanical equipment parameters on the rotary unscrambler. 

Product will transfer off the table using a dead plate transition. By request, the customer will ultimately manage the transfer to their existing line, the supplier says.

According to Multi-Conveyor, other features on the unscrambler include: 

• A variable speed controller that’s mounted and pre-wired
• 1.5-inch square tube supports w/articulating foot
• 3-inch high stainless steel guide rail
• Overhead adjustable mounted unscrambling rails

Multi-Conveyor’s rotary designs have standard (non-custom) diameters of 36, 48, and 60 inches. Both unscrambling and accumulating rotary tables are typically supplied with an enclosed cabinet using either DC or VFD controllers. 

Infeed and discharge unscramblers and accumulators, including reject rotary accumulation tables, are recommended to be designed with a close interface for smooth guided transfers, the company notes.
