Connor Storrie, Chase Infiniti, Leslie Bibb, Sarah Pidgeon, Brittany Allen and Megan Stalter are among the first-time acting nominees at the 2026 Emmys.

With the reveal of the 2026 Emmy nominations, 28 actors received their first nominations. Among them were Heated Rivalry breakout Storrie, who earned a nod for the best guest actor in a comedy category for his Saturday Night Live hosting stint.

Infiniti was recognized for best drama actress tied to The Testaments, the only first-time nominee in that category. Bibb earned a nod for guest comedy actress in Hacks, as did Lauren Weedman for the same show, and their co-star Stalter was nominated for supporting comedy actress.

Pidgeon earned an Emmy nom for limited or anthology series or movie actress tied to Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette, which itself was recognized in the limited or anthology series category.

The Pitt dominated the first-time acting nominees slate, with Allen (guest drama actress), Tal Anderson (guest drama actress), Patrick Ball (supporting drama actor), Taylor Dearden (supporting drama actress), Fiona Dourif (supporting drama actress), Ernest Harden Jr. (guest drama actor), Gerran Howell (supporting drama actor), Tina Ivlev (guest drama actress), Jeff Kober (guest drama actor) and Sepideh Moafi (supporting drama actress) all being recognized.

Widow’s Bay followed when it came to talent receiving their first Emmy nominations. Dale Dickey was nominated for supporting comedy actress; Hamish Linklater for guest comedy actor; and Kate O’Flynn for supporting comedy actress.

Pluribus also saw three of its stars score their first Emmy nods, including Miriam Shor (guest drama actress); Carlos-Manuel Vesga (supporting drama actor); and Karolina Wydra (supporting drama actress). As did Beef, with Carey Mulligan scoring a lead actress nom, YounYuh-Jung supporting actress nod and Charles Melton a supporting actor nom, all in the limited/anthology series or movie sectors.

Charlie Hunnam was nominated for lead actor in a limited/anthology series or movie for Monster: The Ed Gein Story. Joy Sunday earned a nod for DTF St. Louis in the supporting actress actor in a limited/anthology series or movie category.

Matt Vogel also received his first Emmy nomination tied to The Muppet Show in the outstanding character voice-over performance category.

The Pitt topped the 2026 Emmy noms with 25 overall nods, although Hacks trailed very closely behind with 24, setting a record for the most comedy series noms in a single year.
