Ant Anstead had an A-lister rooting him on at his soccer match over the weekend - his girlfriend Renee Zellweger.

His lady love, 54, dutifully stood on the sidelines as his team went up against another squad in Orange County on Sunday.

Ant - who plays for the US affiliate of Southampton FC - really gave the game his all as he battled it out against his competitors for the win.

The 44-year-old showcased his athletic abilities as he dashed down the field in pursuit of the ball. 

Renee smiled and applauded as she watched her boyfriend fight for victory.

Wearing her usual Texas Longhorns hat, along with a black zip-down jacket and jeans, Renee watched her boyfriend play from the sidelines.

She had some furry friends by her side as well - the Bridget Jones Diary star brought along two of her dogs.

The couple have been dating since June 2021 after they met on Anstead's Discovery+ show Celebrity IOU: Joyride.

A month later, they were spotted together for the first time at his beach house in Laguna Beach, California.

In August of that same year, Anstead spoke about their relationship for the first time publicly at E!'s Daily Pop.

'Look, everybody knows that Renée and I have become quite close, because we kept it secret for a while,' he said at the time.

He then added that it was a 'real pleasure' to work with her on his show.

In September 2021, the pair went Instagram official as Anstead shared an adorable black-and-white selfie of the pair.

At the time, a source told People that the pair have 'so much respect between them'.

'They spent as much time as possible together when they aren't working on other projects,' the insider revealed.

'They truly like each other as well as their romantic attraction,' the source told the outlet. 'The relationship is serious.'

The source also spoke about the security and stability the pair have in their new romance.

'Renée has found love again — a love where she feels confident and secure about herself,' the insider stated. 'And Ant, too, has had a lot of ups and downs, but seems to have stability in this romance.'

At the time, Anstead was also filing for full custody of son Hudson from his ex-wife, Christina Hall.

Last year, the pair moved in together after Anstead sold his home in Laguna Beach, California.

In early April 2023, a source revealed to People that Zellweger and Anstead had 'found a house that they both love and are moving in together'.

The insider also told the outlet that the couple 'are very happy and in love'.

In July 2023, reports emerged that the pair had a low-key and secret engagement, which the outlet confirmed was not true.

Anstead is the father of son Archie and daughter Amelie from his relationship with his first wife, Louise.

The former couple were married from 2005 to 2017.

The following year, he met and married HGTV star, Christina Hall — who was previously married to Tarek El Moussa and is now with Joshua Hall.

She and Anstead share a son named Hudson, who turns four later this month. 

Before her relationship with Anstead, Zellweger was dating musician Doyle Bramhall II from 2012 to 2019.

She was previously married to country singer Kenny Chesney for a short period of time in 2005.
