Oscar-winning actress Renée Zellweger and boyfriend Ant Anstead are moving in together after nearly three years of dating.

As the couple's relationship continues to blossom after first meeting while filming his Discovery+ show Celebrity IOU Joyride, an insider revealed they have 'found a house that they both love' and will shacking up.

'They are very happy and in love. They have tried to keep their relationship private and low-key because of Hudson,' the source said, referring to his three-year-old son, who he shares with his ex-wife Christina Hall.

The news comes after the father-of-three confirmed the sale of his the oceanfront home in Orange County that served as a refuge during his divorce from Hall, 39.

He sold the property, which he named the 'Temple House,' in off-market deal after a buyer approached him with an offer, according to People.

He previously had it formally listed for $3.3 million in October 2022, before changing his mind and removing from the market. 

'Temple is sold,' Anstead told the outlet.

'It came at the right time, for another property and a change in my personal life that I'm really pleased about,' he said. 'So I was like, yeah. I made the call there and then.'

Anstead refrained from talking much about the 'property' he found that ultimately compelled him to sell the home.

However, he is going to remain in the Laguna Beach area: 'I'm going to absolutely keep a base in and around Laguna.'

Ant decided to put the home on the market in October because of the little time he spent there, before ultimately changing his mind.

He developed an 'emotional connection' to the home and was ultimately won over by the new buyer, whom he believed was a great fit for the home.

The home also served as a retreat for Ant during his divorce from Christina.

'For me, it served as a sanctuary for that period, and that period's over,' he said. 'I'm in a really fantastic place. I feel very, very blessed to be where I am now, privately. For that purpose, Temple did its job.'

The Bridget Jones's Diary actress and Anstead first became Instagram official in August 2021. 

After Ant started dating Renee, the Chicago actress began spending significantly more time in Orange County. According to People, they had already been living together in the OC for the past two years.

The TV host is also dad to daughter Amelie and son Archie from a previous relationship.

In late 2022, Anstead and Hall finally settled their custody battle over their son, several months after Ant filed for filed for full custody.

Following court-mandated mediation, the former couple agreed to 'continue to have joint legal and joint physical custody' as they previously agreed upon in June 2021.

The duo, who split in September 2020, will also follow a new holiday schedule with 'exceptions' to their initial arrangement, according to Page Six.
