Former spouses Christina Haack and Ant Anstead, fresh off settling a custody battle over their three-year-old son Hudson, have each taken to social media to post pictures of him celebrating the holidays.

Haack, 39, posted a shot of the child and a picture the child himself took, as she and husband Joshua Hall posed in front of an enormous Christmas tree at the luxe Newport Beach, California shopping center Fashion Island.

The Christina on the Coast star, who showed off a bad reaction to fillers last week, captioned the shot: 'Kid loves being behind the camera' with emojis of a camera and a heart.

The HGTV star was clad in a blue jacket with black sleeves, blue jeans and black boots with her blonde locks down in the holiday shot, while Hudson wore a camouflage top, black pants and white sneakers.

Anstead, 43, shared a shot of Hudson at his waterfront home lighting a Christmas tree.

The English TV personality captioned the shot: 'Tis the season,' with an emoji of a Christmas tree.

He added: 'Having grown in the freezing UK I Still find it wild that a California Christmas tree compliments a warm beach sunset! Temple so cosy and festive, as Hudzo always the willing helper.'

The Christmas tree was adorned with lights, ornaments and miniature British and Norwegian flags.

Following court-mandated mediation, the former couple agreed earlier this month that they will 'continue to have joint legal and joint physical custody' as they previously agreed upon in June 2021.

The duo, who split in September 2020, have also agreed to follow a new holiday schedule with 'exceptions' to their initial arrangement, according to Page Six. 

Haack and Wheeler Dealers host's son will spend Halloween 'with [Ant] in even-numbered years and … with Christina in odd-numbered years.'

As for Thanksgiving, Hudson will be with his mom on the even-numbered years. 

People noted that the 'continues for Easter Sunday when the child will be Anstead for even years and Haack on odd years, and vice versa for the 4th of July.'  

Agreeing to the arrangement means they will no longer have to go to trial in March as scheduled. 

 In court documents that the TV personality filed in April, he accused his ex-wife of being an unfit mother and claimed she had been negligent when it came to both his and their son Hudson's medical safety.

In Ant's explosive court filing, he also stated that his girlfriend Renee Zellweger, 53, was forced to stop production on her latest project due to COVID exposure from Hall, who had not disclosed that her family contracted coronavirus. 

'At the time my partner was filming her new project and her covid diagnosis placed the whole production on pause,' he wrote in the documents.

Anstead filed to modify the couple's shared custody agreement but that same day a judge denied his bid.

A judge ruled that Antstead had not given Haack proper notice and had not demonstrated that Hudson was at critical risk in the current shared custody agreement.

In his filing, Ant also accused his HGTV star ex of being an absentee mother, only spending a few days a month with their son.

Through her legal team, Hall called the claims that she put Hudson at risk and was wholly absent in his life 'false allegations' that 'shocked' her.
