Default Ubuntu dist just changed to Focal? Need a libssl 1.x

- sudo dpkg -i libssl1.1_1.1.1f-1ubuntu2_amd64.deb
Try this in your .travis.yml, this should do it. To my knowledge security updates for this library have stopped; deprecated.
