Three women arrested in deadly stabbing of another woman

Three women were arrested Thursday afternoon for a deadly stabbing near the Val Verde Regional Medical Center.
Police say they were called around 2 p.m. after a woman was reportedly stabbed multiple times. The woman who was stabbed was taken to San Antonio for emergency treatment, but later died around 9 p.m.
Police say the victim is a 32-year-old woman and arrested three suspects: Kitty Mia Diaz, 21; Amaya Cookie Diaz, 19; and Kyandra Renee Faz, 21.
Police say surveillance video, other evidence, and witnesses led them to the arrests. The trio has now been charged with murder and were taken to GEO Correctional Facility.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and more charges may be filed.
