TOPEKA (KSNT) - Top City's initiative to inventory and assess thousands of fire hydrants and water valves is underway.  The City of Topeka is partnering with Hydromax, a national infrastructure services company specializing in water system assessment and maintenance, for the next five years to come in and test 16,600 valves and 5,600 hydrant assessments.
