Clarkson also teamed up with McCarthy for some laugh-out-loud Reindeer Games hijinks as she recorded the Spy star's holiday voicemail greeting to the tune of Hark The Herald Angels Sing.
The ladies also bonded over their love of Christmastime in New York City.
The stand up reflected on hosting Saturday Night Live for the sixth time and breaking Mikey Day during their hilarious UPS sketch.
In the latest Kellyoke, Clarkson and her music director Jason performed a cover of White Christmas from the classic 1954 film of the same name.
Clarkson then showed off her winter cabin set transformation for the holiday season.
Last year she admitted she used a weight loss drug to slim down after previously insisting her dramatic transformation was the result of 'walking' more and cutting back on carbs.
The host made the admission while interviewing Whoopi Goldberg on her show in May 2024.
The Fort Worth, Texas-born star said that doctors prescribed her with a weight loss medication after a blood test.
She insisted she didn't use Ozempic, but did not reveal which drug she used instead.
'Mine is a different one than people assume, but I ended up having to do that too,' the A Moment Like This songstress told the EGOT winner. 'Everybody thinks it's Ozempic, it's not - it's something else.'

She reportedly lost 60 pounds, according to Extra TV, although Kelly has not revealed the exact amount herself.
The star said her physician insisted she take the medication after repeated efforts to get her on it.
'My doctor chased me for like two years,' she said. 'And I was like, "No, I'm afraid of it. I already have thyroid problems, I was afraid."'
She said the medication she takes is 'something that aids in helping break down the sugar,' as her 'body doesn't do it right.'
The hitmaker, presumably speaking about how she didn't notice that she had progressively gained weight, said that she was taken aback when watching herself on camera at one point and seeing her drastic transformation.
She added: 'Seeing yourself, I didn't see it... all of a sudden, I was like "Who the f*** is that?"'
Meanwhile Whoopi said her own weight loss journey was triggered when a woman who saw her in the 2022 film Till told her she thought she was wearing a 'fat suit,' which she was 'indignant' about.
Kelly reiterated that she had not been paying attention to her weight for some time.

'It's a weird thing ... I never saw that, I was never insecure about it - I just did not see that,' Clarkson said, adding that at her heaviest, she weighed 203 pounds standing at 5-foot-3.
She said she was not miserable or depressed at the time, even though in hindsight, she felt she looked like she was 'about to die of a heart attack.'
The admission from Kelly comes less than five months after she told People in January that her weight loss was partially a result of an enhanced focused on simple exercise and a healthy diet.
'Walking in the city is quite the workout,' the entertainer, who relocated her show from Los Angeles to New York City last year, told the magazine.
She told the magazine that she had been eating 'a healthy mix' of food while occasionally splurging.

'The other night I had a frozen yogurt with my daughter, and it was magical,' she said.
Clarkson told the publication: 'I dropped weight because I’ve been listening to my doctor - a couple [of] years I didn’t.
'And 90 percent of the time I’m really good at it because a protein diet is good for me anyway. I’m a Texas girl, so I like meat - sorry, vegetarians in the world!'
In 2017, Kelly admitted to People magazine that she 'never felt the need to be a certain weight.
Kelly also admitted in 2007 that she had been bulimic through part of high school as she thought it would help her lose weight and in turn allow her to get choice parts in school musicals.
But she told Attitude Magazine that when she was 'really skinny' during her post-American Idol rise to fame she 'wanted to kill' herself.
'I was miserable, like, inside and out, for four years of my life. But no one cared, because aesthetically you make sense,' she said, though she clarified that the feeling was partly due to not yet having much control over her career.
'People are always pushing us, but we’re also pushing ourselves and you don’t really know your limits until it’s too late sometimes,' she admitted.
