Saturday Night Live's Colin Jost took shots at RFK Jr's appearance in the latest segment of the show's Weekend Update segment, receiving mixed reactions on social media.

Jost made fun of Health Secretary RFK Jr's contentious comment on Thursday that circumcised men were more likely to be autistic.

Sitting next to a picture of RFK Jr with a scrunched face, the Weekend Update co-host said: 'Health secretary RFK Jr, seen here trying to cure cancer with his mind, said this week that men who were circumcised are more likely to be autistic.

'Which isn’t surprising coming from a man who looks like he’s made out of foreskin.'

Co-host Michael Che bounced off the joke and quipped, 'not mine!' in reference to the foreskin.

A clip of the segment was posted to Instagram by the official account for Saturday Night Live, and people shared mixed reactions in the comments.

One negative response said: 'Is this funny? Real question.'

Another comment said: 'It’s so nice to think about the times when SNL was funny.'

On Saturday Night Live's most recent Weekend Update segment, co-host Colin Jost made jabs at RFK's appearance, saying he 'looks like he’s made out of foreskin'

A third simply said: 'Not your best efforts.'

On X, people shared similar sentiments under SNL's official tweet of the segment.

One wrote: 'Can these guys roll off into the sunset already!'

Another chimed in: 'Are SNL writers on strike? Who [sic] writing these lousy skits?'

Others on Instagram responded with gifs of Jigsaw, the main antagonist in the Saw horror movie franchise, and gifs of Bane, a villain from Batman. These were in reference to other jokes the co-hosts made about Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and President Donald Trump.

After his jabs at RFK Jr, Jost made fun of a video being rolled out by the Trump Administration which will be shown to passengers in line at Transportation Security Administration checkpoints.

The video features Noem insisting that flight delays caused by the government shutdown are Democrats' fault. Jost said: 'Let's take a look.'

The segment then cut to a clip of Jigsaw, the villain from Saw who captures and tortures people, saying his iconic phrase: 'I want to play a game.'

The host showed a clip of Jigsaw, jokingly saying it was a video of Kristi Noem blaming the government shutdown and flight delays on Democrats

Earlier in the segment, Jost made a joke drawing a connection between the cease-fire between Israel and Hamas and the deployment of the National Guard in Chicago.

The co-host said: 'There is peace in the Middle East. The only downside is there is war in Chicago.

'Only Trump could Freaky Friday Chicago and Gaza,' Jost said, referencing the 2003 Lindsay Lohan film where her character swaps bodies with her mother.

The comedian went on to say Trump was upset he did not win the Nobel Peace Prize but that, 'the last guy to send heavily armed men into an American city was Bane from Batman.'

MAGA supporters criticized that joke on social media as well. On X, one wrote: 'trying to mock Trump every 5 seconds gets real old. It's also not funny anymore.'

Trump has urged the Nobel Committee to award him the Peace Prize throughout his second term, and his supporters were outraged to see the award go to Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Carina Machado, instead.

A few commenters on Instagram were also quick to point out that the Weekend Update anchors did not mention Machado had dedicated her award to Trump and that she had said the president provided 'decisive support of our cause.'

One of those comments said: 'Funny how SNL skipped over the part where she published a statement saying she was dedicating her Peace Prize to Trump because he was who really deserved it.'

Weekend Update ended with a joke off between co-hosts Jost and Che, as well as former anchors Tina Fey, Seth Meyers and Amy Poehler.
