Aaron Rodgers stunned the world on Tuesday afternoon when he made the bombshell announcement that he secretly got married earlier this year.

The legendary quarterback was being unveiled by the Pittsburgh Steelers when he made the reveal, following weeks of speculation.

Confirming that the ring on his finger is indeed a wedding band, Rodgers' personal news sparked plenty of conversation over who the mystery woman is.

Fans took to social media to speculate over the identity of his new wife, as Rodgers begins a new chapter of his life, both on and off the football field. 

So, what do we know about his new wife Brittani?

Well, not a lot... and that appears to be a deliberate decision on the part of Rodgers, who has previously spoken about keeping her out of the limelight.

One thing we do know, though, is her first name: Brittani.

In a previous appearance on the Pat McAfee Show in December 2024, he opened up on his relationship to reveal her name for the first time, clarifying that it is spelled 'with an I'.  

'I used to enjoy a little outing over to the Bay Park Mall in Wisconsin every now and then, but I actually ordered all of [my Christmas gifts] online this year. I was a little worried because there was one package left for my girlfriend Brittani that hadn’t showed up yet,' he said on December 23.

A shocked panel on the show then asked if the mystery woman was Britney Spears, to which Rodgers replied: 'Not Britney Spears, this is Brittani with an I.'

He then added: 'It's a good feeling, boys', when they joked he was in love. 

On the same appearance, Rodgers spoke about how private she keeps her life, revealing that she does not have social media.

Four months later, back on the McAfee Show in April, Rodgers again alluded to his love life to claim he is in a 'serious relationship'.

'I'm 41 years old, I'm in a serious relationship,' he said on ESPN. 'I have off-the-field stuff going on that requires my attention. I have personal commitments I made not knowing what my future was going to look like after last year, that are important to me.'

Wedding rumors then surfaced at the start of May when Rodgers was spotted at the Kentucky Derby with a black band on his wedding finger - the same ring the quarterback has now confirmed is from his nuptials.

Rodgers' last public relationship was with actress Shailene Woodley, with the pair going their separate ways in 2022 after two years together. The actress is believed to have moved on with 'Emily In Paris' star Lucas Bravo.

Prior to his romance with Woodley he dated some high-profile figures in former racing car driver Danica Patrick and another actress in Olivia Munn. 

Patrick previously sensationally claimed that their relationship was 'emotionally abusive' and 'wore me down to nothing'.

The former NASCAR driver and Rodgers started dating in January 2018 and made their red-carpet debut at that year's ESPY awards.

At the end of 2019 they bought a home together in Malibu and spent the first few months of 2020 living together in the trendy California beach town.

However, their relationship didn't last much longer as they split in July 2020 after just over two years together.
