Hello,
Starting a few days before Christmas, I purchased several tablets for my daughter, after being told that she would be able to try out one or two with no consequences, decide on one and bring the others back.
None of what I ordered has been opened whatsoever, but I went into my local Holland, Michigan location today to bring back several, intending on repurchasing them since the prices have actually gone down. The return dates, stated on your website, are January 23rd and February 7th respectively. This is because I have spent enough this year, on these products, to qualify for Elite Plus membership.
However, I was not only told that I did NOT have Elite Plus, despite it showing on my profile, but that even though it shows online that I have until February 7th to return most of these, the manager would not accept the returns. I showed him the screenshots of where I had set up the returns, to bring into the store. I showed him that the Elite Status was active under my online account. It did not matter. He told me that my "story did not add up, since if I had actually spent that much I would have many more points". I chose 18-month financing instead of those points.
Could someone assist?
I also asked another employee last week, if some of these items were returned, whether or not I would lose the Elite Plus membership. I was given a very definitive NO. Since the manager at my store told me I did not have it to begin with, I could not get an answer out of him.
Any help would be appreciated.
