A couple on Escape To The Country were left floored when presenter Briony May Williams shocked them with a bonus 'freebie' as they viewed a potential new home.
The TV host, 41, who rose to fame on the Great British Bake Off, was joined by Alex and Abi in the latest episode, which aired on the BBC earlier this week.
The couple, who have four children and were looking to relocate somewhere their family could enjoy the outdoors, started their search in North Yorkshire.
Living in a four-bedroom home in Alton, Hampshire, the duo revealed they had an £800,000 budget ahead of their search for a five-bedroom detached period home.
It was key that Briony help them find a property with a study for Alex, who works from home, and a large kitchen for Abi, who is the owner of a gluten free baking business.
Briony made sure not to disappoint with her first choice, a spacious home in the grounds of Ripley Castle in Harrogate.

Alex and Abi, who have four children, were looking to relocate somewhere their family could enjoy the outdoors in North Yorkshire.
She shocked the pair by revealing that the property, which was on the market for a very reasonable £675,000, also came with a freebie.
'Quite fun and random fact, on your roof you have the Wi-Fi hub for the hamlet, which means that you get free Wi-Fi.
'And they pay you a little bit extra every year towards the electricity'.
The couple were left stunned, with Abi exclaiming: 'Wow, it keeps getting better and better, that's amazing!'
Despite their good impressions of the first home, it was the mystery property that came later in the episode that really captured the couple's imagination.
Abi and Alex explored the £750,000 home, a Grade II listed mill house with four reception rooms, seven bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The couple revealed to Briony they had plans to submit an offer on the property, with Alex adding: 'The last house was definitely something I've worked my whole life to achieve, it was the dream home.'
The closing credits of the programme revealed that the couple were 'waiting to secure a buyer' for their current home, and were planning a second visit to the mystery house with their children.

It comes after host Briony had to scramble to comfort a buyer and gasped ‘are you okay?!’ as they broke down in tears just minutes into an emotional viewing.
In another recent episode, couple Barry and Pauline enlisted Briony to help them find their dream home in the rural area of Hertfordshire.
The couple, who met at a dance 13 years ago, wanted a new start and life away from Romford, Essex.
Barry and Pauline had £500,000 to try and find a three-bedroom detached property with a quarter of an acre in a village location.
The property search appeared to be going very well, but it was the mystery house - that was a barn conversion - that really caught Pauline's eye and left her in tears.
At the end of the instalment, Pauline and Barry decided to go for the home, but it was not made clear if they bagged the dream property.
Escape To The Country airs on BBC One and is available to stream on iPlayer.
