Scarborough’s Finn Coburn and Cape Elizabeth’s Noelle Mallory have been chosen as the 2025-26 Gatorade Maine Soccer Players of the Year.

Coburn, a senior, scored 11 goals and had five assists as a defender for the Red Storm, who finished 18-0 and captured the Class A state championship with a 2-1 victory over Brunswick.

Coburn was also chosen as Varsity Maine Boys Soccer Player of the Year, the Maine Soccer Coaches Association Class A Player of the Year and a United Soccer Coaches All-American. He’ll attend Bates College.

Mallory also led her team to a perfect 18-0 season. A forward, she scored 30 goals and tallied 25 assists for the Capers, who defeated Hermon 3-0 to claim the Class B state title.

Mallory, who will attend Middlebury College, also was the Varsity Maine Girls Soccer Player of the Year, the MSCA Class B Player of the Year and an All-American.
