Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm, has named Damien Matherne as chief financial officer. 

As CFO, Matherne will lead corporate accounting, treasury and cash management, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and enterprise financial systems. He will work closely with Stream’s executive leadership team to boost the firm’s financial infrastructure and support continued growth across its national platform. 

“Damien is an accomplished financial leader whose experience, character, and collaborative leadership style make him an exceptional addition to Stream,” CEO Chris Jackson said in a statement. “He has a proven ability to build strong teams, implement scalable financial processes, and support organizations through periods of meaningful growth.”

Jackson added that Matherne’s financial expertise will be key in supporting Stream’s continued growth and “long-term vision while maintaining the entrepreneurial culture that defines our firm.”

Matherne joins Stream from Clean Scapes, where he served as chief financial officer. In more than three decades of experience in financial leadership, he has built and led finance and accounting organizations in a number of industries, developing extensive experience in corporate accounting, treasury management, financial planning and analysis, operational strategy, and enterprise systems implementation. He has a track record of developing high-performing teams and designing financial frameworks that support sustainable growth and operational excellence, Stream said.
