Greg James has confirmed he attended Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding after revealing he was battling the 'world's greatest hangover'.

The BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show host had been personally and publicly invited to the couple's wedding by Taylor during an interview in October 2025.

Taking to his Instagram Stories on Saturday, Greg revealed he had indeed been at the star-studded celebration after fans wondered if he made the guest list.

Sharing a photo of a slice of pizza, he joked: 'I am currently experiencing the world's greatest hangover and unable to reply to the hilarious number of messages I have received over the last 24hrs. 

'But just&t to say: true to her word, of course the invitation arrived and I couldn't tell anyone. And oh my God, what an unbelievably brilliant night. I'm off for a nap.'

Sharing a further glimpse into the occasion, Greg also shared a sweet photo of himself and his wife, Bella Mackie, dressed up for the big day.

The radio presenter looked smart in a classic black suit, while Bella wowed in a flowing red midi dress.

The invitation came at the end of a light-hearted BBC Radio 1 interview, in which the pair discussed Taylor's new album The Life Of A Showgirl, her engagement and their long-standing friendship. 

After Greg joked that he wanted to meet the NFL star, Taylor laughed that he'd get the chance at the wedding, telling him he was 'obviously' invited.

After months of teases, rumours and conflicting reports, Taylor and Travis finally married in front of 1,000 of their closest friends – including some of the world's biggest stars – in a colossal blowout in New York City on Friday.

At exactly 7.30pm, the couple shared the news in blockbuster style, lighting up the iconic music venue with video ads which read 'JUST&T MARRIED!', a romantic nod to their shared initials.

Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Lena Dunham and Dakota Johnson were among the bride's closest friends there.

Steven Spielberg was also in attendance, and Beyonce and Jay Z are also understood to have attended.

There was also Brad Pitt, Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, Hugh Grant, Graham Norton, Jessica Alba, Tom Brady, Chris Rock and almost every NFL player imaginable.

The guest list also included Zoe Kravitz, Ethan Hawke, Nelly, Andrew Scott, Ice Spice, Kareem Hunt and Laura Dern.

Eagle-eyed fans clocked some surprise guests and notable absences.

Karlie Kloss, once known as one of Taylor's closest friends, attended with her husband Joshua Kushner.

Taylor did not attend Karlie's 2019 wedding after the pair had a rumoured feud over the model's close bond with the singer's nemesis Scooter Braun.

Her inclusion on the guest list appeared to signal the pair had patched up their relationship.

However, there was no sign of Taylor's longtime pal Blake Lively, with whom the pop star had a purported falling out over her inclusion in the movie star's legal battle with Justin Baldoni.

Travis proposed to Taylor on August 10 last year in an intimate garden setting at his home in Lee's Summit, Missouri.

The couple kept the engagement private for about two weeks before publicly announcing it with a joint Instagram post on August 26.
