Analog Devices (ADI) announced on July 7 that it has completed its acquisition of power management semiconductor company Empower Semiconductor.The company had previously announced on May 19 that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Empower Semiconductor for $1.5 billion in cash.Head
