When you think of a city that’s great for singles, you might imagine bustling nightlife, affordable living, a thriving social scene and lots of hotties.

Well, apparently the best place for this is…St. Louis, Missouri — at least according to online rental marketplace Zumper.

The city supposedly has the best “balance of affordability, job opportunity, and social options, and I think that really appeals to singles, whether they are looking to date or not,” Crystal Chen, co-author of the report, told CNBC.

With a median rent for a one-bedroom apartment at just $1,000 and nearly half of its population being single, the city provides a reasonably affordable base for individuals looking to mingle.

The city also — shockingly — ranks in the top five nationwide for nightlife, making it a fun hot spot for those seeking a vibrant social scene to meet potential suitors.

And St. Louis supposedly has a solid job market — might be time to make a move out west.

Just last year, WalletHub named Seattle the most desirable place for singles.

Similar to St. Louis, Seattle supposedly has a bustling social scene filled with restaurants, social clubs and venues to meet other singles.

However, the city’s downfall is that it’s not cheap.

“Many cities that performed well in terms of fun and recreation did not fare as well in the economic category,” WalletHub analyst Cassandra Happe told Fox News Digital.

Much to many people’s surprise, Sin City snagged the No. 2 spot for singles based on its nightlife options — that’s for sure — and its low crime rate.

It seems the West Coast is the best option for singles, as Denver took third place on the singles list, thanks to the city’s large number of parks and fitness centers.
