The Spanish real estate investment firm Pontegadea has paid $234 million for the Boston Theater District apartment building The Kensington.
The deal for the tower, which opened in 2013, comes to $615,000 for each of the tower’s 381 units. The building also has a first-floor retail space for Jaho Coffee Roaster & Wine Bar.
