Springfield councilor wins Holy Cannoli contest, donates proceeds to Forest Park resource center

Springfield City Councilor Victor Davila has won the inaugural Springfield Feast Holy Cannoli Eating Contest and announced that all proceeds from the event will be donated to the Darryl Lee Jenkins Resource Center.
