As an Patent Agent, You Will:

• Draft and prosecute patent applications using our Litigation Quality Patents® approach
• Deliver top-tier concierge-level service through orchestrated systems

• Create high-value solutions for high-quality clients who are serious about innovation and monetization

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications (training in the Litigation Quality Patents® process provided)
• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, biomedical engineering, or a closely related technical discipline
• Registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office

Additional Requirements:

• Flexible schedule around core hours of 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Central Time
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reside in the United States (preference given to candidates located in Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, or Texas)
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
• Quiet, professional home office setup with reliable internet and a personal computer suitable for the role

Compensation:

The base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 per year, with the final compensation amount commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Successful candidates may also be eligible for substantial monthly and annual performance-based incentive bonuses tied to results and demonstrated excellence.
