The $48.3 million sale of the Vetra Apartments at 1920 Gunbarrel Road was the largest transaction of the 2025-2026 fiscal year, Register of Deeds Marc Gravitt said.

Coming in at #2 was the $37.8 million sale at 6153 Claude Ramsey Parkway at Enterprise South Industrial Park.

The conveyance tax collected for the state for the fiscal year was $16.7 million and the mortgage tax was $6.6 million. 

The conveyance total (sales price) was $4,520,160,759.

The mortgage total (loan value) was $5,864,807,918.

There were 15,030 deeds recorded and 25,271 deeds of trust recorded.

Documents recorded totaled 58,988.
