Millie Mackintosh has shared a relaxed bikini snap as she revealed her daughters grab at the 'stretched skin' on her stomach.

The former Made In Chelsea, 36, has been enjoying a sun-soaked family holiday with her husband Hugo Taylor and their daughters Sienna, five, and Aurelia, three.

Millie took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a look at the reality of holidaying as a family.

She shared a candid snap of herself sitting down in a skimpy red patterned bikini, as she opened up about 'extra skin' after giving birth. 

'The girls love to grab my tummy and the stretched skin,' she captioned the picture. 'I remind them that my tummy grew them and it still remembers having them inside.' 

Elsewhere Millie was seen enjoying a day on the beach with her daughters as she displayed her incredible figure in another vibrant two-piece. 

She captioned the post: 'Holiday realities. Feeling rested after a special week with the girls and Hugo, but wanted to share some of the realities that you might not always see…I’m sure lots of you can relate.'

Millie opened up about how she found a balance between parenting and finding time for herself during the trip. 

'Prioritising my mental health meant getting up early before the kids woke up to do a meditation and workout,' she wrote over her beach snap. 

Meanwhile she also shared a picture of husband Hugo and her youngest daughter Aurelia sat at dinner. 

She wrote: 'We started the week away with no iPads at meals...but in order to have an actual adult conversation we did end up using them!'

Millie added: 'We planned for the girls to go to a kids bbq in the evening so we could have a meal just the two of us but they kicked up a fuss so we had all our meals together.'

Elsewhere Millie shared a dinner time snap with her daughters as she revealed how she kept the peace. 

'Creating a routine that we stuck to most days worked well for us and the girls had less tantrums,' she wrote.

It came one day after Millie took to Instagram on Monday to share a video of all the outfits she wore on her lavish trip.

Millie flashed her toned abs in a cream button-up bikini which she paired with a matching headscarf before throwing over a multicoloured patterned kaftan. 

In another outfit, Millie opted for a different two-piece, which featured a striking red, orange and pink striped bandeau bikini top and matching longline sarong. 

She also stepped out in a chic cream crochet triangle bikini top, which she again wore with a matching sarong. 

Other outfits included a see-through cream lace beach dress, as well as a chic blue and white striped shirt and shorts co-ord.

Millie's summer ensembles were completed with a bright green sheer kaftan.

Her strapless swimsuit could be seen through the kaftan, and a blue lace dress.

'I managed to persuade Hugo to film me leaving our room everyday! He loved it. Which one is your favourite?' she captioned the snaps.

'You pack far too much stuff. But look fabulous,' her husband Hugo commented.
